TradingBrief does not provide financial advice. All content is for informational purposes only. Nothing in this app should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using TradingBrief ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use TradingBrief. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must not use the App.
3. Not Financial Advice
The briefings, analyses, summaries, and any other content generated by TradingBrief are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute:
- Financial advice or investment recommendations
- Trading signals or instructions
- Legal, tax, or accounting advice
Market analysis is generated by an AI model and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. We make no guarantee of accuracy. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make.
4. No Guarantee of Accuracy
Financial markets are inherently unpredictable. AI-generated analysis may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. TradingBrief expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content provided.
Past performance shown in briefings does not indicate future results.
5. Free Tier and Pro Subscription
Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple. You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time via App Store → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
TradingBrief offers two tiers:
- Free tier — limited briefings available without charge
- Pro subscription — full access at €4.99/month or €29.99/year
Free trial: New Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged.
Auto-renewal: Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of any price change in advance. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
All billing is handled by Apple. We do not process or store payment information.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code
- Redistribute or resell content generated by the App
- Use automated means to scrape or bulk-download briefing content
- Share your account with others to circumvent subscription limits
7. Intellectual Property
The TradingBrief name, logo, and app design are the property of Mathonyx GmbH. AI-generated briefing content is provided to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not republish or commercialise briefing content without written permission.
8. Availability and Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mathonyx GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses arising from trading decisions made based on content from TradingBrief.
Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
If you are a consumer within the EU, you may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by this clause.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
